Well, actually the problem has been solved. For those who have the same problem with my friend, if I’m not mistaken, the problem was caused by the display driver. It’s not a hardware problem. It’s a driver problem.

So, if you have this problem, you better reinstall your display driver or any drivers that you think can cause this problem. The technician that repair my friend’s laptop didn’t tell her what driver that caused the problem, but I suspect that the problem was with the display driver.

Simply said, reinstall your drivers.
